We start with the finest ingredients including Wheat Flour, Oats, Sugar and Butter
Elements are then hot panned / blended with sugars and other ingredients (fruits, spices) to achieve the perfect flavor and texture
Can also be blended with a variety of nuts, praline nuts, seeds, ancient grains, oats, granolas, streusels, cookie/ crust / baked goods grinds

Chocolate Cookies are Rotary Molded, baked, & cooled then married up with a vanilla cream center
One Chocolate Cookie receives a vanilla cream filling and is then topped with another Chocolate Cookie
Sandwiched Cookies are available as wholes or can be chopped / crushed into a variety of sizes
Many custom formulas are available, but they cannot be gluten free at this time
