Cookie Crumbs

  • Cookies can be Rotary Molded or Wire Cut

  • Chopped or Crushed to a variety of granulation sizes: 

    • 1/32 of an inch to 7/8 of an inch

Standard Profiles include: 

  • Chocolate

  • Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Chocolate Graham

  • Classic Cookies & Crème style

  • Gingerbread

  • Ginger Snap

Streusels

  • We start with the finest ingredients including Wheat Flour, Oats, Sugar and Butter

  • Elements are then hot panned / blended with sugars and other ingredients (fruits, spices) to achieve the perfect flavor and texture

  • Can also be blended with a variety of nuts, praline nuts, seeds, ancient grains, oats, granolas, streusels, cookie/ crust / baked goods grinds

Standard Profiles include: 

  • Brown Sugar 

  • Butter Graham 

  • Cinnamon Graham

  • Honey Graham

  • Oatmeal Cinnamon

  • Shortbread 

  • Speculoos (Cookie Butter)

Crème Cookies

  • Chocolate Cookies are Rotary Molded, baked, & cooled then married up with a vanilla cream center

  • One Chocolate Cookie receives a vanilla cream filling and is then topped with another Chocolate Cookie

  • Sandwiched Cookies are available as wholes or can be chopped / crushed into a variety of sizes

Many custom formulas are available, but they cannot be gluten free at this time

Sizes: 

  • Whole 

  • 1/8” cut (Fine) 

  • ¼” – ½” cut (Medium)

  • ¾” – 1” cut (Coarse)

Formulas can be: All Natural, RSPO Oils, Organic, GMO-free, Gluten Free (Cookies and Crème cannot), Dairy Free (Vegan), Peanut Free (Parker), Totally Nut Free (CFI), Fair Trade, NSA / SF, HFCS Free, Rain Forest Alliance, Potential for All Major Allergen Free
